All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual portrayal of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual image was produced.
Exemption Statement
With respect to all visual media displayed on Fyptt ("the Service"), whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual content, or otherwise, all persons in said visual depictions were at least 18 years of age when said visual media was created.
The owners and operators of the Service are not the primary producer (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 28 C.F.R. § 75.1) of any of the visual content found on the Service. The Service is an aggregator and distributor of content produced by third-party content providers, who are the primary producers of that content and who maintain the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
Records
Any records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 with respect to the visual media found on the Service are kept by the primary producers of that content. For inquiries regarding specific content, contact [email protected] and we will direct your request to the relevant producer.
Compliance
The Service requires every content partner to certify, contractually, that all persons appearing in their content were 18 or older at the time of production and that all § 2257 record-keeping requirements have been met.
