- Recency — newly added videos rotate into your feed automatically.
- Engagement signals — likes, saves, watch completion, and shares from you and users like you.
- Taxonomy — the tags and categories you browse and follow.
- Freshness & variety — your starting feed is re-shuffled on a rotating schedule so you do not always see the same content first.
What We Do Not Rank On
We do not prioritize content based on advertiser spend, paid promotion, or your inferred sensitive characteristics.
Your Controls
- Not interested — remove a video from your feed and train the ranking away from similar content.
- Category follows — tune which categories dominate your feed.
- Random tab — a fully unpersonalized, randomized feed.
