Fyptt complies with the Take It Down Act and its requirement to remove non-consensual intimate visual depictions ("NCII"), including AI-generated or digitally altered ("deepfake") depictions, within the statutory window after valid notice.
How to Submit a Take It Down Request
Send a request to [email protected] with the subject line "Take It Down" including:
- The URL(s) of the depicted material on the Service.
- Your name and contact information, or that of your authorized representative.
- A statement that you are depicted in the material, or authorized to act for the depicted person, and that you did not consent to its publication.
- For AI-generated/altered depictions: a statement that the depiction is a digital fabrication of a real, identifiable person.
- Identification of the individual depicted (a government ID may be requested solely for verification and is handled confidentially).
Removal Timeline
Valid requests are actioned within 48 hours of receipt. The reported material is removed immediately upon verification and the upload source is blocked from re-submission.
Good Faith & Retaliation
Requests made in good faith are honored without requirement of court order. We never retaliate against, or disclose the identity of, individuals who submit removal requests.
Preservation
Where required by law, we preserve evidence related to NCII reports for law enforcement, and we report apparent child-sexual-exploitation material to NCMEC without waiting for a request.
